Brasserie Halte 3 is a restaurant that has opened its doors in August 2014 and is situated in the "Oud West" area in Amsterdam. The location is excellent given all the surrounding activities. Adjacent to the Brasserie are another restaurant (Meat West), an indoor food market, a hotel, a cinema and many other things. One could easily spend an entire day here. I was asked to photograph Brasserie Halte 3 in the startup phase and at its opening dinner. Here you will find a few of the photos I had taken.
